GOT MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with the Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Any tips on how to fix it would be g
